We aim to process all orders within 72 hours, however this is subject to change during busy periods such as sale periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will be notified via email.
Delivery will take 5 - 10 working days.
Sustainable collection items take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered as they are made to order in order for Vennie Boutique to stay environmentally friendly.
Custom orders take 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered as each piece needs to be customised.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All items are sent First Class via Royal Mail within the UK.
For international orders we ship with Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, FedEx and Hermes.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and Vennie Boutique cannot be held responsible for delays once an item has been dispatched.
If you give an incorrect address at checkout we are not liable and if the item is returned to us you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
Any customs charges are the responsibility of the receiver and not Vennie Boutique.
Returns & Exchanges
We cannot issue refunds for personalised orders or earrings.
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your item. Please contact us if you would like to return an order.
Exchanges are available if products are damaged during postage or credit can be applied to your account for your next order.
